Return Policy

The buyer has the right to return a purchased item by notifying the Seller within 14 calendar days from the date of receiving the order. To do this, a request must be sent to the Seller’s email.

Return Conditions:
The buyer must keep the item in its original condition — do not use or wash it, and retain the packaging and tags.
The return must be made within 7 calendar days after submitting a written notice of return, at the buyer’s expense.

Refunds:
The Seller will refund the payment within 30 days from the date of receiving a written notice of return.
The Seller has the right to withhold the refund until the item is returned.

⚠️ Important: The right of withdrawal does not apply to the following items:

Custom orders — products made according to the Buyer’s specifications:

Items with embroidery based on an individual design;
Textiles with personalized inscriptions (name, initials, phrase, etc.);
Fabrics and materials cut to a custom length/size.
Used or washed items that cannot be returned for hygienic reasons (e.g., pillowcases, towels, bed linen).
Other cases specified by the Regulations of the Cabinet of Ministers of Latvia No. 255 of 20.05.2014 “On the Rules of Distance Contracts.”
